How we quote
We do not quote a roof over the phone. Somebody gets on it, photographs every slope, and puts the findings in writing before a price is discussed. If the roof does not need replacing we say so, and we tell you roughly how long you have.
When the decking turns out to be worse than expected, you see photographs of it before we replace a board. A number that moves after work has started is the fastest way to lose a customer and we would rather have the awkward conversation up front.
